From Scylla to Calypso, from venus to sirens; throughout history the sea has been associated -and incarnated- in female figures. The woman’s body as the reincarnation of the fearsome depths, as a metaphor for the beauty of the boundless sea. In "Golden Abyss" we had fun to associate the sea once again to the woman’s body, with the addition of a touch of art nouveau: the elegant lines, wavy - and gold that covers, but at the same time reveals the preciousness of the body.
