After her success on Dancing With The Stars in America, Katherine Jenkins has her sights set on the London stage.
“I really feel confident about my dancing now, so I hope there could be a place for me in the West End or on Broadway - maybe a musical, maybe my own show,” says the mezzo-soprano, who is an ambassador for the Team GB Show Your Support campaign.
In the meantime, the 31 year-old is ready to jive in her own concerts. “I’m going to try and include dance in my shows now”.
Happily, she is planning to stay put in Britain after her time across the Atlantic. "I'm still a Welsh girl at heart so I'm staying in the UK for the Olympics, it's such an exciting time for Britain so it's amazing to be a part of it," says Jenkins, who will be encouraging the nation to join Our Greatest Team in the lead up to the games.
