    On the Association of Volleyball Professionals Tour the nickname Team Gorgeous caught up with Suzanne Stonebarger and Michelle Moore. They are now two of the tougher contenders on the AVP tour.

    Michelle is 29 years old and is 5' 9" and weighs 135 pounds. Suzanne Stonebarger is 30 years old and is 6' 1" and weighs 145 pounds. The two can be seen in Playboy magazine.

    How do these two stay in such amazing shape? They have been playing volleyball indoors for over 10 years and then the more recent years have been spent playing volleyball in the sand. In general volleyball players are some of the leanest athletes. Suzanne and Michelle have gone beyond just lean.

    An average week according to Michelle consists of 4 to 5 volleyball workouts for at least 2 1/2 hours each. She lifts weights twice a week, does Pilates or Yoga, and she sprints on the track once a week. If that were not enough she does a plyometrics workout on the beach, and at least a 30-minute sand run. "In beach volleyball, it's vital to be lean and strong–you don't want too much bulk holding you down–so I focus a lot on being quick and explosive."

    Michelle eats lean proteins, such as skinless chicken breast, turkey and fish. She adds protein to her diet with smoothies and does not cut out carbohydrates.

    Suzanne's fitness routine is similar with a mix of cardio and plyometrics, Yoga and Pilates, weight training, and practice with her coach. She trains 5 to 6 days a week up to 4 hours a day. She is careful not to over train.

    Suzanne takes vitamins including a multi and a mineral complex and also eats healthfully.
