Chisato Okai (born June 21, 1994 in Saitama, Japan) is a member of the J-pop group C-ute, under Hello! Project and was also in an Hello! Project unit called Athena & Robikerottsu consisting of Okai, Risa Niigaki, Aika Mitsui, and Saki Nakajima. They sang the opening and ending theme song for the anime Robby & Kerobby.
