This is the CD Rom from the El Bulli cookbook. It contains all the recipes from the cookbook with pictures of the finished dishes. For those of you who have heard of El Bulli and it's chef Ferran Adria then you know the type of things in this cookbook: the gold caramalized egg, making pasta with beef consomme, gels, foams etc. and while alot of it is out of the realm of even the serious home cook there are quite a few things that can lend themselves to the home kitchen. For those of you who have no idea about Adria and just what is possible in cooking take a look at this, it's worth the download just for the pictures of food porn.
To use this you must either burn the files to disc and view with your computer or mount the image with Daimon or Alcohol.
