In this issue we are focusing on the heart of the home, the place where everyone meets first thing in the morning and gathers again in the evening before dinner; the kitchen. We have all aspects of kitchen design and planning covered to help you, from how to choose your kitchen designer and choosing your kitchen style with the rest of your home in mind, to finding the right flooring, lighting, worktops, appliances and storage for your needs. You can browse through a selection of stunning kitchens in classic and contemporary styles, as well as the latest colour trends, from some of the top kitchen designers around Ireland. We even get an inside look at two kitchen designers very own home kitchens which are sure to inspire you.

Speaking of kitchens, Barbara and John show us their brand new kitchen by Canavan Interiors that suits their new build home in Belfast perfectly. Our other readers’ homes include Carolina’s stunning abode in Dublin that has lots of quirky, nautical touches throughout. Onwards to Kilkenny, Gillian and Peter show us their amazing transformation of the beautiful listed building they now call home; and last but not least, Lesley and Lindsay were eager to get back to the countryside when they found the perfect site in Portaferry to fulfill their needs, and their new build has been beautifully decorated to suit their surroundings too.
