Headlining our April issue are two new cars that remind us why we love turbocharged petrol engines!
The new generation Hyundai Verna has a lot going for it, but one of its biggest draws for us is the 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine under its hood putting out 160PS, making it the most powerful car in its segment.
Then there’s the Maruti Suzuki Fronx that brings the 1.0-litre Boosterjet engine back and makes the compact crossover huge dollops of fun!
This issue we also tell you all about the winners from the first ever TURBOCHARGED awards! This issue also has us do some crazy antics with the indestructible Toyota Hilux and we’re convinced it will soldier on beyond the end of the world. We’re also breaking some myths about the Mahindra Thar this month - check out our feature story!
On two wheels, a slew of new motorcycles have been reviewed, including the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 and 200, the Zontes GK350 and more. In the world of motorsport, we got up close and personal with Red Bull Racing’s RB7 Formula1 car which reminded us how much we miss the V8 era besides catching up with David Coulthard. All this and a lot more inside this feature-packed issue. Happy reading!
