"Departure" is the sixth studio album by the American rock band Journey. It was released in March 1980 on the Columbia Records label. Departure would be the band's highest charting album to date, giving Journey their first appearance in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 album charts, peaking at No. 8. The album includes "Any Way You Want It", the lead off track and top 25 single.
