Anouk - Anouk is Alive

1975 - 1989
Anouk Teeuwe is born on April 8th, 1975 in The Hague, The Netherlands. As a child, she already sings her own little songs, but in her teenage years, singing provides an emotional outlet for her as well.
1990 - 1994
Blessed with a soulful voice, Anouk sings as a background singer in Shotgun Wedding, with which she mainly performs at weddings and parties. She auditions for the Rotterdam Conservatorium and is accepted, despite her lack of the required preliminary training.
