Johannes Verhulst - Symphony in E Minor

A second album by "the Beethoven of the Lowlands", Johannes Verhulst. Presented here are a symphony and a couple of overtures this time. Now, I wouldn't dare to compare any composer to the German master if he didn't have that same paradox of controlled explosiveness in his music, which was so much Beethoven's trademark.
Verhulst's Symphony's got rhythm, that's for sure.
