SLB Flaresim 2025.3 | 219.3 mb
SLB has released Flaresim 2025.3 is the industry standard flare simulation/design application. Designed by professional engineers, for professional engineers, it models thermal radiation and noise footprints generated by flare systems for offshore platforms, gas plants, refineries and chemical plants, and predicts the temperature of exposed surfaces within range.
  Flaresim For Windows Revision History
Version 2025.3, October 2025
New Features
- New Fluid Summary added to display fluid(s) information. From this, the user can export fluids from a Flaresim case (*.fsf), or import a fluid file to the current case. Import fluid option is also available in the New Case Wizard.
Improvements
- Components will be selected via the Symmetry Component Selection window automatically when the Calculation Method is set to Symmetry Fluid Engine.
- Flaresim Help and Flaresim Manual have additional details regarding the supported AutoCAD file versions in Receptor Grid View.
Corrections
- Fixed an issue where the VMG components were allowed to be edited by the user.
- Fixed an issue where VMG components were available and allowed to add to the composition when the Calculation Method is not set to Symmetry Fluid Engine.
- Fixed the display issues previously seen in the Symmetry Fluids Engine Component Selection window by enforcing a minimum size.
Flaresim flare systems design and analysis software is the industry standard and the leading software in the design and evaluation of flare systems for both onshore and offshore applications. It provides accurate modelling of thermal radiation, temperature, and noise footprints of flared fluids generated from chemical processes. Further, gas dispersion calculations are available to model flammability and toxicity for combustion products, unburnt flared fluids, and pollutants. The application can analyze installations of any complexity, with unlimited multiple flare tips on multiple vertical, horizontal or inclined flare stacks. Users can model pipe flares, sonic flares and liquid burners using a range of algorithms. They can also enter and report data in units of their choice, and can convert data to other units at any time.
