On first run, select your language (english, catalan, danish, dutch, finnish, french, german, hungarian, italian, norwegian, polish, portuguese, spanish, swedish, turkish) in the interface tab in configuration windows : settings will be saved in Data folder.
Settings of a locale installation preserved.
