Double Nickels (1977)

Vacek and Abrams are highway patrolmen who also work as auto repossessors on the side. They discover that their boss, Cole, is really having them steal cars, and that's when the car chases begin. Plot development is pushed aside so that a couple more cars can crash and burn.imdb
