Lilico (Erika Sawajiri) is a famous model, idolized by young girls everywhere, but she’s hiding a dark secret. Lilico isn’t naturally beautiful. She’s had surgery on almost every part of her body using some illegal means. As her body begins to fall apart, Lilico becomes mentally unstable, unable to cope with the fact that she’s no longer as beautiful, or beloved, as she once was.
