In una clinica psichiatrica per militari (ambientata in una clinica di Bisceglie) arriva una provocante infermiera che suscita immediatamente le vivaci attenzioni di tutti i pazienti e del proprietario. Sopportare ogni giorno le avance di pazzi che si credono famosi generali e del focoso direttore non è semplice, ma la ragazza non demorde.

In realtà il camice da infermiera è un travestimento: lei è un'aspirante cantante che per compiacere il suo impresario si è intrufolata nella clinica nel tentativo di recuperare dei preziosi quadri rubati. Per sostenere il ruolo non le resta che assecondare tutti.

In a psychiatric clinic to get a provocative military nurse who immediately arouses the lively attention to all patients and the owner. In fact she does not make much of the nurse. It is, rather, a disguise to recover the stolen paintings hidden in a hospital. Grazia Mancini (Nadia Cassini) is an aspiring night club singer.


Her boss Eva (Karin Schubert) has a lover, John (Elio Zamuto) who is a trafficker of stolen art works. The two learn of valuable paintings hidden in a military mental asylum managed by mentally instable Professor Amedeo Larussa (Lino Banfi). They blackmail Grazia and send her to the mental asylum in the guise of a substitute nurse to learn the whereabouts of the paintings.

Auf der Suche nach zwei gestohlenen Gemälden des De-Sardes-Clans finden Nachtclubbesitzer Johnny und seine Geliebte Eva die vergiftete Leiche ihres Komplizen, eines Kunsträubers. Dem Abschiedsbrief des Toten entnehmen sie den Aufenthaltsort ihrer wertvollen Beute. Die verschollenen Bilder sollen sich irgendwo in der Psychiatrischen Klinik von Professor Larusso befinden.


Johnny, der im Geheimen mit Kunstwerken handelt, trifft daraufhin mit einer seiner Tänzerinnen eine geschäftliche Abmachung und entsendet diese, als Krankenschwester getarnt, in die private Nervenheilanstalt.
