Berlin, keine Stadt des 20. Jahrhunderts hat mehr gelitten als diese Metropole. Im II Weltkrieg schwer zerstört, nach dem Krieg von der Heimat getrennt und erst 1990 wieder vereinigt. Heute endlich die Hauptstadt der BRD. Wir zeigen die Stadt von der Wende bis zum Aufbau, wie das neue Berlin entstand. Trotz dieses schweren Schicksals haben die Berliner stets ihre gute Laune und den ganz besonderen Humor behalten. Die Besucher aus der ganzen Welt sind hier wirklich herzlich willkommen.
