Compiled by Martin Scorsese with the help of Robbie Robertson (who also provided some original tracks for the soundtrack), the Raging Bull soundtrack is an emotive collection of tracks and, in the words of Scorsese, "every single note was there for a reason, because I felt and intimate connection, a spark between a certain passage and a particular moment in the picture".
