Vail Bloom - Takers Premiere

Vail Bloom (born November 13) is an American actress.

Vail played the role of assistant district attorney for Genoa City Heather Stevens on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless from 2007 to 2010, a role that she received a Daytime Emmy nomination for in 2008. She was first downgraded to recurring status during the summer of 2009, and left on her own in early 2010, and her role was recast. In March 2009, she appeared on the web series Angel of Death
