We’re starting the year with a bang as we present the 2019 d-list
– our run-down of some of the design names and faces that you
should know about.

Within our talented line-up, we feature a broad cross-section of K&B creatives who are all bringing that special something to the sector. Whether established company bosses or relative newcomers, each of the individuals on the list have made an impact over the last year or so and are set for even bigger and better things to come.

Congratulations to them all on their d-list selection.

And to give some context to the complex K&B environment that these designers are working in, we have sought out some facts and figures to examine some of the market trends and drivers that are determining the specification decisions being taken.

Another key component of our first issue of 2019 is the annual kitchen
trends feature in which we look ahead at some of the ideas expected
to help shape projects over the coming months.

Not only do we bring together some of the most exciting new kitchen innovations on the market, but there is also a look ahead to this month’s Living Kitchen in Cologne, where some of these products will be displayed for the first time during what is always an inspiring and enlightening event.

Meanwhile, we also strip the bathroom back to the core, exploring
the very essence of minimalist design and how to achieve it.
