Away from the patterns, we discover how a Queen of Bargello, Karin Hellaby kickstarted her career after a chance visit to a quilting exhibition and textile artist Sheila Dalgleish shares the inspiration behind her award-winning quilts. And finally with the Royal wedding on the horizon, we go behind the scenes of The Royal School of Needlework and send Popular Patchworks own, Liz Betts to sample one of their highly acclaimed workshops.
