Blackmagic Design has announced DaVinci Resolve 17b8. This software update adds support for the HDR grading palette when using DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel, improves deinterlacing quality and provides better handling of crossfades when trimming audio clips.

This update also adds support for Netflix loudness standards in the Fairlight loudness analyzer and improves accuracy when displaying a range marked with in and out points on the Fairlight timeline. DaVinci Resolve Studio 17.0 Public Beta 8 also improves HDR previewing when the Mac display color profile option is enabled and provides better scaling during playback when using optimized media in performance mode.
