    Calculates your sleep and wake cycles with sleep / awake time prognosys. Wake Load Index (WLI) is an important index indicating if you are getting enough sleep. High values mean an extra load on your health; at the same time, low values mean prostration. Permanently negative values of the WLI mean an ailing state and problems with the health. WLI is calculated by discovered by Dmitriy Primochenko formula. All you have to do is to switch off your computer before you sleep, and switch it on when you awake.
