Xpedition Enterprise Flow
The Xpedition Enterprise Flow has been enhanced with a number of new features that improve product usability and efficiency in the X-ENTP VX.2.13 release.

Xpedition AMS
Xpedition AMS includes the following new features and updates in release VX.2.13:
- SPICE Syntax Checker: Release VX.2.12 introduced the SPICE syntax checker, which checks non-PSpice models for syntax errors based on the Xpedition AMS required syntax. Release VX.2.13 updates the checker with syntax checks and support for additional SPICE models. The syntax checker can run automatically at simulator startup, or from a dialog started from the new Simulation > Check Spice Model menu option. To view the menu option, set the following Windows environment variable: SV_ADVANCED=1.
- PSpice Converter Updates: Circuit net names starting with “+” and “-“ are properly converted to Xpedition AMS syntax. For example +VSIG and -VSIG will be converted to N+VSIG and N-VSIG, respectively. And in some commands that require minimum and maximum limits, PSpice allows the order definition to be min then max, or max then min. Xpedition AMS only supports min then max, so the PSpice converter now corrects the order as needed.
- Simulation Progress Counter Updates: The simulation progress counter, which is visible in the lower left-hand corner of the Xpedition AMS window during a simulation, now accommodates analyses that combine the .SWEEP and .EXTRACT commands.
- Tutorial Updates: Tutorial updates include changes to the SPICE Import, Parametric Analysis, S-Parameter, and FFT tutorials. All tutorials are available from the Help > AMS Tutorials > Tutorial Index menu option.
