PTC Creo 11.0.3.0 with HelpCenter

PTC has released Creo 11.0.3.0. Creo 11 features new capabilities in the design and simulation of composites, expansions in model-based definition, enhancements in simulation-driven design, new manufacturing design tools, and new ways to improve productivity and usability.

Detailed Drawings > Configuration Option force_new_file_options_dialog Renamed to allow_default_templates

Description
The existing config.pro option force_new_file_options_dialog with values yes and no has been renamed to allow_default_templates.
When the allow_default_templates option is set to yes* (default value), the Use default template option is enabled and the check box is selected by default for all modes when creating new objects (for both models and drawings). This behavior is similar to force_new_file_options_dialog option set to no.
When the allow_default_templates option is set to drawing, the Use default template option is enabled only when a new drawing is created. This behavior is similar to force_new_file_options_dialog option set to yes
When the allow_default_templates option is set to no, the Use default template option is not available for both new models and drawings.
Benefits
The renamed configuration option allow_default_templates option is now better aligned with its functionality and adds more value.
