It's somewhat old but I haven't been able to find a newer hacked version; unsure if it functions on Vista. The Nvidia drivers support rotate natively but unfortunately they disable 2d hardware accelerate when the image is rotate, hence the need for a third party solution.I just received a pivoting monitor from Dell yesterday and intend to try this software out. This release is keygenned by Core so it should work fine; so far I've only downloaded one Core release where the patch/keygen didn't work.
