    iTunes Video Importer - 1.181 [UB/K]

    iTunes Video Importer 1.181 [UB/K] | MacOS | 18.41 MB

Apple's iTunes application is the gateway that millions of people use to watch video on their Macs, iPhones, or even on their televisions (with AppleTV). However, if your video was not purchased from the iTunes Store, getting it into iTunes (and subsequently) your other devices gets really complicated. iVI (pronounced "ivy") does one thing but it does that thing brilliantly. iVI makes adding your video files (movies, TV shows & Home Video) to your iTunes library as simple as "drag and drop".

    WHAT'S NEW (Version 1.181):
    Features Added:
~ TV Show Artwork, episode synopsis, cast list, release date and genre downloaded for recognized shows
iVI can automatically choose best number of conversion threads.
~ Movie Artwork and description downloaded for recognized movies.
MP4 Tags are imported from mp4 or m4v files.
~ User can edit file meta data and mp4 tags before conversion (via new INFO button).
~ Addition of "Home Movie" media type.
~ User can set the default media type in Preferences for files that can't be identified as a Movie or TV Show.
~ User can set the Bitrate for file conversion to choose between quality and file size.
~ Help added. Click on the Help menu item to visit the iVI FAQ.
~ (in 1.17) Support for AVCHD and MOD home camcorder formats.

    Bugs Fixed:
~ Stop button works correctly during conversion.
~ Only shows larger than HD or SD resolutions get size or aspect ratio adjusted so they will play on AppleTV/iPod.
~ iVI selects SD format for files smaller than 640x480 in resolution.
~ The STOP button works as expected.
~ TV Shows with names like Bob.2010.S01E04.Fun in the Park.avi no longer get detected as Season 20, Episode 10.
~ Fixed an issue when iVI was renamed then conversion failed.
    ~ Correctly detects TVDB.

    OS version: 10.5 and later
