Intocartoon is a software that can convert photo into cartoon or other graphic representations.
How to improve quality?
1. The photo to be transferred to a cartoon version should be sharp focus, a good photo will bring good effect.
2. JPEG is not recommended for any sort of photographic work, as the format can introduce some artifacts and inconsistencies in the results. If your digital camera only creates JPEG files, we recommend that you take the largest image.
3. To shrink the photo sometimes will bring better effect. In the Intocartoon Community, you will find that many people create small images from large.
