Welcome to pCharacter Import! pCharacter Import allows you to import rigged and weighted Daz3D models into Softimage XSI 4. Supports morphs, textures, and material zones. The imported model can then be posed and animated in XSI using XSI’s standard biped rig. Feature List: Import Daz3D models previously rigged for Poser into XSI. Includes manually edited weight-maps for supported characters. Import morphs when importing the model. Import morphs at a later time onto a rigged model. Import morphs from the cr2 file. Import morphs from inject delta files (pz2). Import textures and materials from the cr2 file. Import textures and materials from a MAT Pose file (pz2). Copy textures to XSI project and resize. Supports importing clothing onto an existing rig. Video tutorials to help you get started quickly. Poser is not required to use this plug-in. The following models are supported by this plug- in: a. Victoria 3 b. Victoria 3 reduced resolution. c. The Girl d. Stephanie 3 Petite e. Aiko 3 f. Victoria 2 g. Victoria 1 h. Victoria reduced resolution i. David j. Michael 2 k. Michael 1 l. Michael 3 reduced resolution Characters rigged using the standard XSI biped rig. Simple installation using XSI’s addon mechanism.

Requires: Windows 2000/XP, Softimage XSI (Foundation, Essentials, or Advanced) 4.2, one or more of the supported characters (Aiko 3, David, Michael 3 Reduced Resolution, Michael 1/2, Stephanie 3 petite, the Girl, Victoria 1/2, Victoria 2 reduced resolution, Victoria 3, Victoria 3 reduced resolution), acrobat reader, windows media player 9 (for video tutorials).

Sorry, ppl, I couldn't find any tutorial to this plugin though the autor meaned that the one existed.
