PDFCreator is a free tool to create PDFs easily from nearly any application. With the PDFCreator Printer driver you turn any program into a PDF-machine. PDFCreator is an application for converting documents into Portable Document Format (PDF) format on Microsoft Windows operating system.
Once installed, it allows the users to select PDFCreator as their printer, allowing almost any application to print to PDF (as well as to TIF, JPG, EPS, PNG etc).
BTW, it even supports clipping paths when saving PDF from Photoshop CS2 (native Photoshop's 'Save As/PDF' removes clipping paths)
