    Extract in a folder (or USB key) and run OperaPortable.exe.
    Language fixed by launcher with localisation of Windows :
    Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, NorwegianNynorsk, Polish, Portuguese, PortugueseBR, Russian, Swedish, Turkish, SimpChinese, TradChinese.
    English problem fixed.
    You can reduce the size of the portable folder by deleting unused langs folders in Opera\locale

    Should run in english on english Windows but not tested.
