    If you drag'n drop a file on (or open with) WinampPortable: it will be opened in Winamp.
    Language fixed by launcher according Windows localisation (English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish).
    Settings and playlist created in portable folder (Data\Winamp).
    Settings of installed Winamp should be preserved.
    You can reduce the portable folder size by removing unused lang files in App\Winamp\Lang
