Zoom Player is designed to be a simple, dynamic, and flexible method for viewing your favorite video media. The program uses two modes of operation: a Media mode, which can play standard media files; and a DVD mode (available in Professional version), which uses DirectShow DVD filters to play DVD content. Specific DVD features include DVD navigation using any DirectShow-compatible combination of filters, color control (for supported cards), a bookmark system, and more. Specific Media features include extensive playlist support, a chaptering system, and a file definition system that allows you to save pertinent information about each file.

Plays every format imaginable (AVI, DIVX, XVID, MPEG, MP3, Flac Audio, Monkey Audio, Matroska, Windows Media, OGM, RealMedia, QuickTime, Flash…and more....)
Zoom Player WMV Professional allows you to play Windows Media Video Digital Rights Management files (Copy protected WMV files).

Note from me: If you've used this program before you will know how versatile it is. If you haven't used it before, then there is a little bit of a learning curve to set it up but there's plenty of help available at the home site of the program. There's a GaZillion options etc in the configuration. This is the only program I use for Videos and DVDs. :)
