City Of Paranoia is a film about graffiti in London, a documentation of the activities of a bunch of men who dedicated a section of their lives to painting subway trains. The film tries to showcase what they have done whilst giving the viewer an insight to the emotions and feelings that come with this lifestyle. 100% London Footage.
