Finders Keepers (2014)

Single mom Alyson (Jaime Pressly) and her nine-year old daughter Claire (Kylie Rogers) unwittingly move into a new house where the 10-year old son of the previously tenants murdered his entire family. Begrudgingly settling into her new home, Claire finds a tatty looking doll under the floorboards and instantly falls in love with it. But as the weeks pass, it's obvious that there's something strange and she has to face up to evil with her estranged husband (Patrick Muldoon).
