My Friend From War (2022)

Rami was drafted into the Syrian army 10 years ago. Since then, war has taken every last one of his friends. Feeling powerless and dejected as he could do nothing to save them, Rami gave up hope of ever having a real human connection again. Soon he got himself an unlikely friend, a volleyball ball, which the young man had found on a playground and he named it ‘Willy’. How did this unlikely friendship help Rami to power through his trauma?
