Freelance pilot Harry Black (Vic Morrow, 1990: The Bronx Warriors) finds both the Monte Carlo police and the underworld on his tail when he becomes caught up with one of his passenger’s plot to break the bank of England with forged currency. The tension mounts as mysterious beauty Diane Reed and local gangster Mosul Rishi (Victor Bueno, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?) are hot on Harry’s trail believing that he has the priceless plates used to print the counterfeit money, while Harry’s trying to evade them and the law to prove his innocence.
