Murder 2 is a 2011 Bollywood thriller film directed by Mohit Suri and starring Emraan Hashmi, Jacqueline Fernandez and Sudhanshu Pandey.

Plot: Arjun Bhagwat (Emraan Hashmi) is an ex-policeman, who used to work for Goa police. He is hungry for money and earns his bread by doing all wrong and good things and being an Atheist (Nastik), he doesn't believe in God but regularly visits church to donate fat bundles of money to orphans. In this process to earn more money, he meets a Goan gangster Sameer, who has been going through the bad phase of his business due to disappearance of his hookers. Sameer knows the investigative mind of Arjun and offers him huge amount to locate the missing girls. On the other hand, Priya (Jacqueline Fernandez) is a model, who is in a confused relationship with Arjun. During his investigation, Arjun finds a cell number which linked to missing girls. He then decides to send a dummy candidate to catch the culprit.
Reshma (Sulagna Panigrahi) is a college girl, however due to some circumstances, she gets involved in prostitution to feed her family. Sameer sends Reshma to a house after calling on that number. It is the house of Dheeraj Pandey (Prashant Narayanan). Dheeraj is a psychopath killer helped by his friend Pandita. He is the person who killed the missing hookers. He decides to do the same with Reshma however just to torture her he throws her into the bottom of a dark well were he has disposed the bodies of all the other hookers he has killed. Reshma soon manages to escape from Pandey's house as Pandey is called in for police questioning for the missing hookers. In between the investigation, Arjun and Dheeraj lock horns and land in police station. Dheeraj is investigated, trying to confuse the cops, finally accepts his crime to Mr. Khan, the police officer. However, Arjun has just one night to prove Dheeraj being a serial killer.
