Как обычно, я не помню, откуда и когда скачал выкладываемые книги...
Поэтому я говорю СПАСИБО здесь людям, которые их отсканирорвали и первый раз выложили в сеть...

На днях я тут выложил "Уроки Фотошопа" и, судя по комментариям, понял, что подобная литература интересует народ. Пока я готовил эту подборку, уважаемый Avax несколько опередил меня. Но все же надеюсь, что и выкладываемые сейчас книги кому-нибудь пригодятся.

Музыка Coldplay в исполнении струнного квартета. К сожалению, не нашёл обложку лучшего качества. Если понравится, есть трибьюты этого же коллектива Radiohead, 311, Linkin Park, Jimi Hendrix, Phish, Pink Floyd, Evanescence и т.д.

Программа для создания электронных книг из HTML-файлов (использует движок Inernet Explorer). Выкачиваете нужный сайт, например с помощью "Teleport Pro", на выходе получаете папку с кучей файлов. Что с ними делать? Как не запутаться при просмотре?
Все просто: открываем "E-book edit", пишем заголовок книги, добавляем комментарии, указываем исходную папку для загрузки файлов, добавляем страницы, указывая при этом начальную, при необходимости создаем систему закладок, выбираем папку для сохранения книги и жмем кнопку "Проверить". Если нас все устроило жмем кнопку "Собрать". Получаем один файл с расширением .exe Все, книга готова.

Выкладываю второй диск из своей коллекции Кельтских женщин. Надеюсь пост не затеряется в море информации, которая полилась ручьем на сайт. Ну, кто ищет тот всегда найдет... Желаю приятного прослушивания.

Fun With a Pencil is Andrew Loomis’s first instructional book. It was codified in 1939. Its focus is cartooning, though there are lots of very solid illustration tips as well. And it really is fun! The tone is light-hearted, but the information is carefully and skillfully presented. It's no surprise that it was very popular. By 1943 it had gone through six printings. This response was sufficient to induce Loomis to write other instructional book.
