Photo editing is not just required by DTP professionals. It is also required by almost every computer user sometime. I am not a DTP professional but still regularly use photo editing tools to edit and enhance my photos for personal use and for websites. I had tried lots of photo editing tools both freeware and high-end commercial software but finally I settled down on Photobie.
