Stayfocused Pro is a lightweight and user-friendly software solution whose main purpose is to help you concentrate on your day to day work, by scheduling your tasks at fixed intervals, with frequent breaks so you can also rest.

Straight-forward and intuitive usage

The program’s appearance is quite clean and to the point, displaying the added tasks in a list, along with their corresponding duration.

Stayfocused Pro is fairly self-explanatory, so you will not face that much difficulty in handling it, regardless of your experience with computers.
Schedule your work in stages to increase your performance without exhausting yourself

The application works based on the Pomodoro technique, organizing activities into twenty-five minute sessions (by default, but it can be adjusted for each individual task), with a five minute break in between.

When creating a task, you can have Stayfocused Pro open a file for you or access a website, change your wallpaper as well as hide unrelated windows from your desktop. Entries can be added for ‘Today’, ‘Tomorrow’, ‘No Date’ or the ‘Next 7 Days’, placing them in one of several categories, such as ‘Program’, ‘Study’, ‘Write’, ‘Rest’, ‘Email’ or ‘Game’.

Once you are ready to begin, you can press on the ‘Do Task’ button and the utility will perform the configured action (opening a file or a URL), letting you go about your business. When the time you allotted to the task is up, a message is displayed on your screen informing you of that and enabling you to stop or continue.
