TSR Image Resizer & Rotater is a pretty tiny software tool whose purpose is to aid people in resizing and rotating images, with a minimal amount of effort and support for many file types.
Impressive import and export capabilities
This application enables you to import and export an array of file extensions, out of which we mention JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, ICO, PGM, PCD, PPM, TGA, TIFF, PSD, CUT, XPM, HDR, PICT, PFM and SGI. These can be uploaded with the help of a file browser and “drag and drop” function.
Resizing and rotating pictures
When it comes to editing you can easily resize and rotate pictures with just a few clicks. To be more accurate, you can increase or decrease the overall size of an item by simply inputting a percentage, while you can also customize width and height separately, while also maintaining the aspect ratio.
Rotating is far less easy, as you can choose to process a photo at a 90 degree angle to the left or right, to a 180 angle or to a user-defined value.
