The Hardkiss - Perfection is a Lie (2017)

The Hardkiss is an independent band from Kyiv, Ukraine. Its music is a mix of rock, pop and electronic music. Musicians define it as progressive pop. Authorship of all The Hardkiss songs belongs to its founders – Julia Sanina and Valeriy Bebko.The Hardkiss is a mix of seemingly incompatible things: heavy arrangements, melodic parts, profound lyrics and soul vocal of Julia Sanina. The Hardkiss not only performs live music, but also gives impressive concert shows. The Hardkiss has its own stylists, the band works with the best Ukrainian fashion designers. The members of the band don’t like a word “epatage”, their looks is a part of philosophy, the illustration of The Hardkiss music.

The Hardkiss was the face of the brands Pepsi and Lenovo in Ukraine. Also the band was nominated at national MTV EMA award (as the best Ukrainian artist), the owner of five figurines of national music Yuna award, among which are the best album, song and video clip. Ukrainian Forbes included the frontwomen Julia Sanina into the list of 30 successful Ukrainians up to 30 years. In 2014 The Hardkiss released their debut album “Stones and Honey”. The album was presented in the main concert hall of Kyiv – the show brought together 6500 people. In 2015 the band released an EP “Cold Altair”. Now the band is preparing to celebrate their fifth anniversary. They are getting ready to release some new singles, and is planning to make a big show in Kyiv, followed by "Perfection Tour".
