These 14 songs are believed to be demo songs made during The Police's recording sessions for the "Ghost In The Machine" album around 1981, although some of the songs sound like they were recorded as early as 1979.

Some of these songs lack vocals and use drum machines instead of live drums (Hungry For You), others were polished up for inclusion onto Police albums (Too Much Information) while others sound great but were never released (It's Never Too Late). "Don't Give Up Your Daytime Job" seems to be a holdover from Sting's days with his first band, Last Exit.
