Manage Your Career was the first book BEP published. We are proud to present the authors revised edition. The revision features some organizational restructuring. Key 1 and Key 2 in the book are recast as gaps to be overcome, and Keys 3 and 4 as bridges to be built to cross these gaps in order to enhance ones personal and professional effectiveness.
