3D
Chapter 5 of this book contains 3D red / cyan anaglyph images. These images can be viewed using standard red / cyan filters such as the example seen on the right. If you do not have access to these you can purchase them for around £3 (US$5) for a pack of 3 from Amazon. See this link for the UK based retailers: bit.ly/amazon-3d-glasses. These glasses can also be used to view 3D content on YouTube by switching to 3D Anaglyph mode.

360
Chapter 6 contains a variety of 360 images. For the purposes of this book and for visual interest, these images are represented in equirectangular format. It is possible to view a variety of 360 images in their projected form using either a desktop viewer or a Head Mounted Display (HMD) such as the Samsung Gear VR headset seen on the right.
