I began to write these blogs in March 2017. By that point, I had been running for a year consistently. This may not sound like much, but when you have been injured on and off for 12-years, it was huge. I knew I was onto something and I wanted to share that knowledge with other runners. Runners can request a pdf version for FREE by emailing runningfrominjury@gmail.com but many prefer to pay for the kindle friendly or paper back version to have their own copy.
