This book is filled with exceedingly useful information. Its only drawback is that it recommends using what are now outdated materials by current practice. The largest difference is that Mr. Porter advocates using balsa wood where more currtnt books advise basswood. But it is an easy leap to make to more modern practice. His conversion charts are are very helpful.
