However, as there is no one way to complete a research project, we present this as an introduction to the SLR process to help you get started. Content and OverviewThis introductory level course consists of videos and presentations totalling approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. This course does not require any prior knowledge of the SLR. This course introduces the SLR, it details a step-by-step example of a SLR using a simple search and review process. It allows for an understanding of how the collected data can be analysed.On completion of this course, you will understandWhat is a Literature Review, What is a SLR, How to conduct a SLR and how to analyse the findings from your search.But it will not teach you how to write up your literature review. This is a practical workshop on how to conduct the search.Helpful Hints from DBA NetworkIt provides helpful hints and advice for prospective and current doctoral students to help maximise their time by giving insights from DBA graduates. The DBA Network, created by DBA researchers for DBA researchers, wants to help you understand how best to learn from each other on the long and sometimes lonely journey to complete the degree. We acknowledge that this is an introduction to a typical SLR process. There will be variations between universities, but this course is representative of the usual standards and requirements for many leading universities.
