Kibbeh is an integral part of Levantine cuisine. You will always find it on the menu in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan or Palestine. It's a great tapas dish but can also be a main dish. In this course, I will take you through preparing the shell of the kibbeh, in various forms and flavours; preparing the stuffings for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters, and finally, how to make kibbeh using these two elements, as well as several more sophisticated kibbeh dishes like raw kibbeh, kibbeh stew and grilled kibbeh. I order to complete this course, I recommend you have an understanding of cooking, prepping, kneading, grinding and using a food processor. Therefore, this course is best suited to an intermediate level. Enjoy Lebanese cuisine, Syrian food, Lebanese food, Palestinian dishes and Jordanian food in this thorough Arabic cuisine course on Kibbeh making. My name is Aseel Arabia.
