Description
Learning to read and write patterns in crochet can seem really complicated, I have made this course to make it as simple as possible, which will start you off in your crochet journey in pattern writing and crocheting lots of different items. I feel the best way to learn is to learn as you go along, the best form of practice when it comes to patterns is to start note taking and experimenting with your stitches, see what works and what goes together, then once you become familiar with the stitches you can then learn to make other items of your design. In this course you will learn how to create a crochet item and how you can formulate a pattern in the process, I will teach you step by step how to crochet, how to take your notes and then turn your notes into a proper crochet pattern. You will also learn all about the abbreviations that associated with the stitches and other crochet formations we will be using. All you will need is some paper a pencil or pen, crochet hook and your yarn, remember the note taking is your own notes, write it in any way you like, then I will show you how it goes together as a well presented pattern that you can file and use again.
